All orders are subject to stock availability. While we aim to keep stock information accurate, occasional inventory differences may occur. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you with the option to wait for restocking or receive a refund for the unavailable item.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. For most countries, we offer free shipping.

3.2 Warranty Returns
Valid warranty claims can be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Customers must initially cover return shipping costs. If the warranty claim is approved, return shipping costs will be reimbursed..
If approved, customers may choose:
- A refund to the original payment method
- A replacement item (subject to availability)
4. Delivery Terms
Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
4.1 Incorrect or Changed Delivery Address
Delivery addresses can be changed before dispatch. If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping and return costs may be charged to the customer.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email to follow your shipment.

7. Duties & Taxes
7.1 Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax is included in the prices displayed on our website.
7.2 Import Duties & Customs Fees
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If customs charges are refused, the shipment may be returned at the customer’s expense. Refunds will exclude shipping and return costs.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before dispatch. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our Returns Policy.
9. Shipping Insurance
Refunds or replacements for lost or damaged parcels will be processed after the courier completes its investigation.
